Development of the interstage 2/3 of the new launcher VEGA C to be realized in the frame VECEP program with a composite grid structure.
Attività nel progetto CIRA
Design and sizing of the interstage 2/3 of launcher VEGA C with a composite grid structure;
Manufacturing of the Technological Model (TMO) and Demonstrator Model (DMO) using a winding technology patented by CIRA;
Technological transfer and support to Avio for the manufacturing and qualification of the Qualification Model (QMO) and Flight Unit (FU).

CIRA in partnership with Avio is involved in the development and qualification of the interstage 2/3 of the new European launcher, VEGA C, in the frame of the VECEP Program of ESA.
The new Interstage will be constituted by a composite grid structure, characterized by a low weight and high structural properties.
