CIRA signs a memorandum of understanding with Tampere University
CIRA has signed a memorandum of understanding with Tampere University (TAU) in Finland, with the goal of launching a program of scientific and technological cooperation in the fields of advanced composite materials and the development and application of icephobic coatings.
The memorandum, developed with the support of CIRA’s Strategic Planning and Institutional Relations Unit, sets out the terms for a structured collaboration between the two institutions over the coming years.
The agreement is a natural continuation of a series of productive technical exchanges: on one hand, the participation of Ph.D. Fulvio Romano in scientific meetings at TAU; on the other, the visit to CIRA by Professor Mikko Kanerva, an international expert in composite materials.
