Particularly, it was developed in the framework of the homonym project in cooperation with NAIS, WISER, MBA e ILMETEO.it with the aim to develop, validate and demonstrate the feasibility of an innovative meteorological information service specifically dedicated to the Personal Air Vehicles (PAVs) sector and based on a satellite infrastructure and low-cost technological solutions. The developed system increases the meteorological hazard situation awareness, providing alerts on a mobile device and supporting the pilot by suggesting safe avoiding manoeuvers.
2017-10-19T22:00:00Z
