System Certifications
We adhere to internationally recognized standards to guarantee controlled processes and continuous improvement.
This commitment is demonstrated by the acquisition and maintenance of specific certifications.
Quality (ISO 9001:2015)
We have held ISO 9001 certification since January 2004.
Customer satisfaction is our foremost priority. Through ISO 9001, we continuously monitor our performance to ensure:
- efficiency in production processes and service delivery
- rigorous management of non-conformities
- complete traceability of all activities
Environment (ISO 14001:2015)
We obtained ISO 14001 certification in November 2025.
We are conscious of our impact on the planet. This environmental certification confirms our commitment to:
- reducing energy consumption and waste generation
- monitoring both direct and indirect environmental impacts
- promoting a culture of sustainability among suppliers and partners
Gender Equality (UNI/PdR 125:2022)
We obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification in November 2025.
We believe in the value of people, beyond stereotypes. The Gender Equality certification demonstrates that our company has adopted concrete measures to:
- ensure pay equity (addressing the Gender Pay Gap)
- support parenthood and work-life balance
- promote fair and transparent career development opportunities
A dedicated Gender Equality Steering Committee has been established to oversee the implementation of inclusive policies.
Technical Suitability of Laboratories (CIT ENAC)
We have held a Certificate of Technical Suitability issued by the Italian National Civil Aviation Authority (CIT ENAC) since January 2003, with progressively extended authorizations up to the current “Technological Tests” (Impact Tests, Aircraft Noise Measurements and Icing Wind Tunnel Tests).
This certification confirms that our recognized laboratories possess:
- the technical competence
- the equipment
- the necessary procedures
- to operate in compliance with aeronautical standards for the specific authorizations.
Integrated Management System Policy
Top Management has defined an Integrated Policy that serves as a framework for all our objectives. This Policy is structured into ten points that explicitly address:
- alignment with corporate strategies
- certification requirements
- harmonized themes across standard management systems
Our Policy is available to all stakeholders (customers, employees, suppliers, and institutions).
