Suppliers’ list
For all procurement with a basic value not exceeding 193,000 Euros, CIRA follows Restricted Tender or Negotiated Tender procedures pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 163 of 2006.
To participate in such procedures suppliers must ask to be included in the CIRA list of qualified suppliers. This can be done by contacting CIRA by e-mail at the address c.russo@cira.it.
CIRA will reply with a request to describe on an A4 sheet the field of activity, including a current Chamber of Commerce (CCIAA) certificate of registration and any relevant certifications (ISO, EMAS, etc.).
Applicants must also complete the form which can be dowloaded here (in Italian only). The application package must be mailed to the following address:

After verifying the documentation, companies will be entered in the list. After this, the accredited supplier’s site will be subjected to a general inspection and a specific verification of the information provided.
